Prints are shipped within 3 to 4 days of receiving payment. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address on the Etsy receipt, I will have to charge you for re-shipping costs. Please make sure it is the correct address. I will ship your order listed on your ETSY RECEIPT. I will replace your order if it is damaged, however, you must send me proof or a photograph of the damage, and you must have reported it to me within 3 days of receiving your order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me. It is your responsibility, not mine, to contact your postal carrier, postal clerk, postal station, and file the necessary paperwork for lost packages. If you are concerned about packages being stolen, please notify me before purchase and I can include signature confirmation for $2.50 extra (free for purchases over $50). I can help you file a claim with the postal service, but I will not offer a refund or replacement. Once the package is marked as "delivered", I am not responsible if it is lost or stolen. I verify that every order has been delivered. I provide USPS UPS and FedEx tracking numbers with every order. Please make sure of your purchase before ordering.
